Management Assistant in Wholesale and Foreign Trade
You will experience all our commercial departments and get acquainted with purchasing, sales and export, warehousing and technology as well as accounting and marketing. In the process, you will systematically be introduced to a possible subsequent employment in our company. During your apprenticeship, you will already set priorities, notice which areas suit you and ideally take on your first small projects. As an internationally operating company, you are able to take at least one assignment in one of our foreign subsidiaries during your apprenticeship.

Many companies will only remain competitive if they have employees who can communicate and cooperate with foreign partners. This is why international qualifications are increasingly in demand. However, the standard apprenticeship only covers a small part of the required international qualifications. Commercial trainees can complement their skills in this area with our additional training to become a European clerk.

The combined study programme 'Management in Retail BA' (DSMiH) offers a modern and broad education in business administration with simultaneous specialisation in retail. It combines theory based on practical experience in the retail sector with practical experience during your studies. Theory and practical phases take place in regular alternation. During this combined study programme, you will also get to know every area at MONACOR INTERNATIONAL and have the opportunity to spend a semester abroad.

You will experience complete logistics processes of an internationally operating company. You will gain insights ranging from incoming goods, storage, order picking to dispatch, support your colleagues in the central warehouse in Bremen and gradually take on responsibility for various activities. This includes, for example, storing incoming goods, compiling customer orders and preparing them for dispatch.
